- 1 cup cheddar cheese (Shredded)
- 4 large eggs (Beaten)
- 3 jalapenos (Large, Chopped, remove seeds and ribs to lessen the heat)
- 1 cup all purpose flour

- 6 tomatillos (Medium, Husks removed and halved)

- 1 bunch cilantro stems (removed)
- 1 lime
