- 1 Tbsp. oil (whatever, you cook with)
- 1 lb. broccoli florets (rinsed, patted dry, cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced, about 1 Tbsp)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (minced)
