Directions

1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
2. Mix together coconut, flour, cocoa, choc chips, zest and salt in a medium bowl. Whisk together egg whites, Natvia and vanilla extractand fold through dry ingredients until coated.
3. Drop tablespoonful onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
