- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder (plain)
- 1 Tbsp. corn flour (masa)
- 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Accent Seasoning (I used seasoned salt)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 dash ground black pepper
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup chili sauce (not ketchup!)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. arrowroot (or 1 tablespoon cornstarch)
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt (Season-All)
- 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1/4 tsp. granulated onion
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. ground coriander (I left this out because I didn’t have any)
- 1/8 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch smoked paprika (or chipotle chile powder)
