- 10 medjool dates (pitted and finely chopped)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla powder
- 185 grams all purpose flour (I used gluten free, for this I pressed the dough into the cake tin rather than rolled it out)
- 50 mL coconut oil (melted)
- 50 mL maple syrup
- 1 tsp. canela (ground)
- 3 pears (peeled and halved as well as scored on the outside to create lines 2 mm apart)
- 1 handful walnuts (roughly chopped)
