My family enjoyed it & I was happy that they were getting some vegetables in their meal.

Made it for a pot luck at work, everyone loved it! I was asked for the recipe many times!

Good, but a bit salty. It doesn't need that 2nd tsp of salt. A nice meal as long as you feel like fussing in the kitchen.

I was delicious the only thing I did different was put it into 2 pots one pot had the meatballs and some chicken the other had just vegetables I also added mushrooms.

This was very good! Used the recipe with frozen Italian pork meatballs that were defrosted. Used kale as suggested rather than spinach. I put kale in same time as orzo and also allowed all of it to cook together. It took about 10 minutes for meatballs to cook completely but they were done.
Hubby really liked this soup-even in July in Texas heat!

The soup is DELICIOUS! The next time I will make it I will cut back a little on the dill but ither than that...YUMMY!🙂

First time making this soup and it was hearty and light at the same time! Freshness of the dill and the yummy meatballs. Will be making again!

Super yummy, I doubled the recipe, used a mixture of kale and spinach and had to mix my own spices for the Italian seasoning, and used pork instead of chuck

Excellent, the whole family loved it. I used more meatballs (made with meatloaf mix), stock, spinach and pasta. Husband and son loved it. Served it with biscuits. Will definitely make this one again!

Flavor is right on. It had a lot of prep time. I'm making extra meatballs so it's easier next time
