Excellent flavor, very easy to make! The use of almond flour really takes out the need to put nuts in them....for those of us that are not fond of using a toothpick after having a cookie.!!

I just made these for my brother in laws wedding, of course I had to give them a taste, but they turned out really delicious and the recipe is so easy that you could double or triple the recipe with very little extra effort. Only tip, when you’re cooling the cookies, use a sifter to put the confectioners sugar on top to get a beautiful even coating.
