- 9 oz. cheese tortellini
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella balls (or pearls)
- 10 oz. tomatoes (bite-size)
- 3 oz. pepperoni (you can add or substitute grilled chicken breast cut into very small pieces for a healthier, heartier option)
- 15 oz. black olives (large, drained)
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing (high-quality, I used Newman’s Own here, but this recipe would be fantastic)
- 1/4 cup pesto (I use the Rana brand found in the refrigerated deli area of the grocery store; make sure whatever you buy is not jarred and shelf-stable. If you’d like to make your own, this recipe is amazing!)

Delicious! The combo of Italian dressing and pesto is Genius! Could also use any antipasti ingredients, marinated mushrooms, artichokes, roasted red pepper, fresh basil leaves etc. Whatever pleases you. This is easy, super fast to put together and it’s on a stick, what more could you ask for?
