It was excellent . Followed the recipe . But when served sprinkled Romano-reggiano cheese on it.

Really good! Cook veggies in batches to avoid overcrowding, added onion and mushrooms. Can eat it by itself or I served over cauliflower rice. Delicious and easy

It's a simple dish but tasty. I served it over orzo pasta and my husband loved it. I added a little more garlic then the recipe called for and a pinch less salt t taste. We will definitely enjoy this dish again especially when I just want to throw something together quickly.

My entire family LOVED this recipe! The sausage was so flavorful, and the vegetables were perfectly cooked.
