    Tasty and easy. To add into my meal prep rotations. One thing tho, add more bell peppers! I used three large bell peppers and I think it works out to around 4-5 servings.

    Turned out amazing! I used dried instead of fresh, and they were still a hit!
    Delicious! Didn't have fresh herbs on hand but I did have dried. Nice way to spice up an old vegetable.
