Very moist, very tasty. Was a big hit. Next time I will use smaller pieces of chicken as they are hard to roll when they are too thick. Will definitely do this again.

I tweaked the recipe a little and used sun dried tomato pesto, as well as added a bit of Rotel inside the chicken and it turned out fabulous! Definitely a new family fave!

Surprisingly easy to prepare and was outstanding. Full of flavor and the cheese really made this amazing. Definitely adding to my favorites 🇮🇹
