One of those dishes that is better than it has any right to be. simple ingredients... quick to make... great tasting.

This was delicious! We served it over rice.
I added a few tablespoons of pasta sauce and was also more generous with the garlic; in our house, there is no such thing as too much garlic!

Tastes great, quick and easy. Substituted dry vermouth for the cooking wine.

I accidentally overdid the ground black and chopped red peppers given that I had mild sweet Italian sausage on hand, but it was pretty tasty otherwise. It went well with rice too.

Would definitely make this again. Used hot sausages, which we prefer to sweet/mild, and it turned out great

I didn’t add the tomatoes but it was fine without. I used chicken broth instead of the wine.. very good!!{

It turned out good. Didn’t have sweet onion so I used green. Cooked with rice an biscuits. Hubby took some to work

Used cagun flavored sausage as the local grocery only had mild Italian sausage, the flavor was great, with the right kick of hot. The kids were not fans of the oregano and basil flavors, but next time I would just use less.

I didn’t have hot sausage, just sweet, but I think it would have been better if I did, next time I’ll definitely use that instead. We aren’t super excited about onion so next time I’ll use half as much of that, I’d also be sure to cook the sausage a little longer at the start.

It was good and easy to follow, but I think next time I would up the spices (even more than I did this time)

It tastes pretty good. I didn't use hot Italian sausage, because I didn't have it on hand. And I think next time I will for a little added kick. Put it with some white rice. Delicious!
