    I can definitely see a marinara-type sauce in the photo but there are no tomato products in the recipe. I modified by adding some mushrooms and some chicken broth and Monterey Jack cheese (because I didn’t have mozzarella) and it was good.

    It was great! I added bell pepper salt and pepper to taste. I would try this wish red sauce next time!
