Super good! Used rotelle substitute for tomato’s, half and half, and cento pizza sauce (what we had on hand) and came out fantastic!

This was very good. A little dry, I don't think there was enough sauce. I also wasn't a big fan of the type of pasta. Next time I will use a different type of pasta. Also, I think I will add crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce along with the heavy cream to make the sauce.

Ended up doubling the recipe, came out great. Probably did not need to double the cream as the reducing took a long time, but everything else worked out well.

It turned out tasty, wife thought the mild sausage was a bit spicy. I will try sweet sausage next time.

This tastes great and is easy. I’ve made this multiple times and if you don’t fully drain the sausage, your sauce will look radioactive orange. I use a strainer to properly drain the oil and then proceed with cooking. Added some freshly grated Parmesan cheese, ground pepper and basil. Yum!

I don't often write reviews but this pasta was absolutely amazing. I added red pepper flakes because I like spice. It was amazing. Will absolutely be making again!

Yum! The whole family loved it. Quick and easy weeknight meal! Will make it again! I have a family of 6 and doubled the recipe. I used one pack of sweet sausage and one pack of hot. It was delicious.

I added some broccoli and it was great! The tomato goes very well with the cream

I absolutely love this recipe. My husband and I eat this all the time now. I usually double the amount of pasta that does in so it goes farther.

It was delicious!! Combined the pasta and sauce together in a large pan after cooking them separately and it was so good!

SOOO good!! Followed the recipe except added fresh minced garlic and didn’t drain the tomatoes since I like a saucier dish. Husband also loved it! Said it broke his top 3 of things I make! And easy enough to add to regular rotation!

Very good! Made it with linguine, fresh garlic and added green onion. Also used whipping cream for a nice rich flavor.

Great! We prefer mild italian sausage. Other than that, made as directed. It is a hit every time.

This is a tasty pasta dish that leaves us satisfied. It’s nice to mix it up with some spicy sausage and fire roasted diced tomatoes though, if you are looking for something a bit less mild.
