My wife and I loved this recipe. I left out the spinach but it was still great. Would definitely make again perhaps with spinach or basil.

Awesome recipe. I used sweet Italian sausage instead of mild and it turned out great. Just be careful with the salt - it’s very easy to add too much.

I doubled this recipe since I had a 19 oz bag of tortellini, but YUM!!!!
This recipe was amazing! Maybe it was because of my alterations, but I will definitely be making again.
I skipped the onions (forgot), added 1 lb ground beef, 1 lb Italian sausage, then 3 Hot Italian sausage LINKS (diced). I always add my seasoning to the meat while it’s cooking, and then more after with all the ingredients. I used garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper (standard stuff). Threw it all in, drained it, double the ingredients other than the tomatoes. Just added seasonings to-taste basically. Turned out SO. GOOD. Was “soupier” than I expected, but once I let it sit for a bit it soaked right up and had just the right amount of juices. So good. Seriously.

This is so good that we added it to our regular rotation. Our daughter asks for this when she’s home from college as her comfort food. It’s a great feel good meal after a long day!!!

Well worth the time to put this together. Longest time is browning the sausage. My wife enjoyed it and says do again. Great recipe.

very good. i added some tomato sauce because it was a bit dry and then some cracked red peppers to give it a kick.

Simple and delicious one pot recipe that makes a great dinner and carefree leftovers. This is my go to recipe when hungry but craving something full of flavor I can eat on for a day and a half.

very tasty and easy. my husband didn't want the spinach so i didn't add it. also beware of the salt. the tortellini has enough, that when i made it the second time, i didn't add any salt

add mlre tortallelini to flesh it out - super tastey and maybe go easy on the salt, think i added a tad too much
