  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 shallots (finely diced)
  • 6 ounces italian sausage (uncased)

    flavor was good, but filling was dry

    So yummy! Added a little extra cheese for the kids, and will try it with some garlic next try, but this is very much a new go to recipe. I used normal beef sausage and it worked so well!!
