Made it exactly to the recipe and it was amazing. Any time I can get my husband to eat soup is a win. Comforting, yet not too creamy or heavy. I would love to make it with cauliflower rice instead of potatoes for low carb.

Easy peasy & so yummy! My tweaks were hot sausage & chili pepper flakes & eliminating the cream & used the slow cooker. Next I’ll add some chopped celery

I am a beginner cook and this recipe is amazing. Of course I did some improvising to the dish, but it turned out great. I didn’t cook the soup in an instant pot. I cooked the potatoes separate from the soup itself then added the potatoes in. I recommend adding a little bit of the potato juice in with the rest of the soup to give it more flavor. It tasted just like the soup from Olive Garden.

Delicious! Added Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, garlic salt and fresh ground pepper to mild Italian ground sausage while sautéing in addition to suggested ingredients. I used 32 oz beef broth. Added a can of drained Cannelloni Beans

Amazing! We prefer it with chicken broth, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, some onion powder and garlic salt as needed and to not be shy with the salt and pepper. We always double the recipe and use a full can of coconut milk! LOVE LOVE LOVE
