It was amazing! Put a little salt and olive oil in the pot before you boil the pasta and it’ll taste a little more like real pasta. I used less than 1/4 cup of the onions, only a touch of crushed red pepper, and added some diced red bell pepper to brown with the sausage. Also, I’d recommend adding about 3-4 oz. of red wine to the sauce.

Delicious! I made just a couple tweaks. I subbed in a jar of alfredo sauce since I was out of whipping cream. I also added almost a cup of cottage cheese to calm it down because it was really spicy. Yes! Cottage cheese calmed the spiciness down and added a nice creaminess to the sauce. You don't even notice the chunky bits because this sauce already has texture to it. Great for leftovers too! Will definitely make again!

I have made this multiple times and every time it's delicious! The sauce is really creamy and goes really well with the sausage.
