  • 1 large garlic clove (pressed)

  • 2 tablespoons red bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt (plus more to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

    I made one change and I put everything in a blender. So delicious. The perfect House Salad Dressing.

    I mixed half-and-half olive oil and canola oil. Perhaps the olive oil was overpowering, but I found adding another teaspoon of red wine vinegar and doubling the mustard improved the taste.

    Amazingly delicious,I'm considering using it as a marinade.I love it my husband loves it and he's a salad dressing snob.lol
