Excellent dressing! Made with 3 substitutions as I didn’t have ingredients called for: avocado oil for canola oil, dry red wine for Red Wine Vinegar and green pepper instead of red pepper. Blended in Vitamix. Yum! Will make again.

I mixed half-and-half olive oil and canola oil. Perhaps the olive oil was overpowering, but I found adding another teaspoon of red wine vinegar and doubling the mustard improved the taste.

Amazingly delicious,I'm considering using it as a marinade.I love it my husband loves it and he's a salad dressing snob.lol
