- 1 1/2 cups red wine (hearty wine such as Shiraz)
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. italian seasoning (dried)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper (freshly ground)

Directions
- Mix red wine, balsamic vinegar, oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper together in large, resealable bag. Add chops, seal bag and refrigerate for 2 to 10 hours (chops will be deep purple). Remove chops from marinade and pat off excess marinade with paper towels. Discard remaining marinade.
