This was wonderful and super easy. I added about 1/4 of toasted pinenuts for some crunch and served it with a Caesar salad.

It was fabulous, like something you’d get at an Italian restaurant. Pairs great with salad with a vinaigrette. It’s going into the regular meal rotation.

Delicious and easy ! Reminded me of a mediterranean dish I used to get at Bravo restaurant. Left off the capers, used cheese ravioli, added some white wine to the veggies, tiny amount of the italian spices. Added parm and a small amount of feta cheese to the finished product. Wonderful!!

This recipe is so delicious. It has everything I like; capers, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and spinach. I used vegan mushroom ravioli for the pasta. It was quick and easy to make. I paired it with salad and garlic bread. This will definitely stay in recipe rotation.

Tasted fine. Might need to adjust the ratios of things to make it a bit more flavourful.

Pretty dry, but other than that very good

This was easy and very good. A little tart but could easily cut back on capers or add more sun dried tomatoes. Definitely will make again.

Fantastic! Only minor adjustments for what we liked more (a little more tomato and a little less artichoke).
