- 8 oz. truRoots Ancient Grains Organic Elbows
- 6 oz. pepperoni stick (diced)
- 6 oz. provolone cheese (cubed)
- 1 cup celery (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup radishes (small, sliced)
- 1 pt. grape tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup broccoli florets (small, heavy stems removed)
- 2.25 oz. sliced black olives (drained)
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing (prepared, or Balsamic salad dressing, divided)

- pepper

Directions
- COOK pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- COMBINE pasta, pepperoni, cheese, celery, onion, radishes, tomatoes, broccoli, olives and 1/2 cup salad dressing in large bowl until well combined. Chill.
- TOSS with remaining 1/2 cup salad dressing just before serving. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired.
