Easy to make and very flavorful. I would a use bit less parmesan next time personally, as it was a little too salty for me. However, I dont like salt as much as the average person, full disclosure.

Was skeptical, but I needed something simple and quick. The marinade and braising profile were perfect. Used chicken thighs for extra flavor. Love this simple, yet complex chicken dish, ready to join a few great side items for the worlds most surprising chicken dinner. Excellent!
