- 1 1/2 cups orzo pasta (DeLallo whole wheat , or other whole wheat pasta)
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
- 4 cups spinach (loosely-packed)

Soup turned out well. I sauted the vegetables longer so they would be less crunchy. I also greatly increased the seasonings using sprigs of fresh rosemary and thyme and used fresh tomatoes instead of canned. Hard to find whole wheat orzo.

Similar to below, I added cooked chicken and a lot of salt which made for a tasty and super easy dinner.
