- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs (seasoned)
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 8 oz. mild Italian sausage (or use hot Italian sausage to kick up the flavor)
- 4 oz. mozzarella cheese (block of, cut into 12 cubes)

Very tasty. little bit of a kick. will make it again for sure. Kids went back for 3 helpings. little little ones thougt it was too spicy. Would make with just tomato sauce and no mustard for them. My pictures don't do the dish justice.
