Used Italian croutons instead of bread crumbs and added dried onion flakes. Perfect meatballs

The family loved them! Next time I would add onion and cracked pepper but they were very nice

Super easy, super tasty and super speedy! 20 mins cooking was perfect! Moist and tender! I used a melon baller to make exact same size meatballs! Couldn’t get a pic right away as I had to get them into my sauce before hubby ate them all ha ha ha! Here were the extras (it’s only for one as I don’t eat beef so he eats the extras with some HP sauce).

De-freakin’-licious.
I was nervous, because I’ve never been one to add herbs to food. I always fretted that I’d totally mess it up, but I am so glad that I’ve dipped my toes in the water and gave it a go.
So good.
