- 1 orange (zested)
- 1/2 cup pistachios (toasted, coarsely chopped, divided)
- 2 oz. dark chocolate (finely chopped, about 1/2 cup, divided)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 cups breyers natural vanilla ice cream (slightly softened)
- 8 brioche rolls (small, halved, warmed)

Directions
- In a large chilled bowl, fold zest, 1/4 cup pistachios, 1/4 cup chocolate, and cinnamon into ice cream until blended. Cover and freeze for about 1 hour, or until firm.
- In a small bowl, mix remaining pistachios and chocolate. Sandwich 1/2 cup of Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream between warm brioche halves. Sprinkle pistachio mixture along ice cream edges and serve immediately.
