    My family loved them. I made golf ball sized meatballs in a cast iron pan amd popped them in the oven for 20 minutes. I moved them to the stone top and simmered them in marinara for 20 minutes more. yummy!!

    Turned out great. I ended up subbing Italian sweet sausage for the ground pork and used all bread crumbs. Also upped all of the spices including the pepper flakes.

    These are amazing! The only homemade meatballs I'll make anymore. The addition of parmesan cheese and marinara in the meat mixture makes for moist meatballs! Be sure to barely touch the mixture when rolling out, or you'll have tough meatballs.

    Perfect easy to make meatballs that taste delish! Great all beef alternative recipe to most that also call for pork to be added too. This will be my go to meatball recipe!

    I was seriously impressed with these meatballs. And so was my fiancé. He said “those were the best meatballs I think I have ever had”. I come from an Italian family whose grandma used to make meatballs every Sunday, and these came pretty darn close to hers. I didn’t use any fresh herbs either - all dried. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
