    I was seriously impressed with these meatballs. And so was my fiancé. He said “those were the best meatballs I think I have ever had”. I come from an Italian family whose grandma used to make meatballs every Sunday, and these came pretty darn close to hers. I didn’t use any fresh herbs either - all dried. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    What a wonderful recipe!! I followed this recipe almost exactly. . My only modification was I minced up a half of a small shallot. And the last 5 minutes of cooking I put these meatballs under a high boiler just to crispy them up a bit. These meatballs make a wonderful meatball sub. Will be making again!! Happy Cookin Ya'll :)

    Wow! First time making meatballs I cut the measurements to 5 servings which used 1/2 lb beef. The adjustments for each item was perfect and tastes great! What flavor!
