Turned out great! We didn’t have corn, but it was fine without. Dressing is perfectly balanced. Tastes great immediately or the next day :)

Nice dressing and I added beets, peas and beet leaves and the family loved it. Versatile enough to add whatever you have on hand.

Delicious but I used balsamic vinegar in place of the red wine darker in color but YUM!

I made some modifications, but it was still a really good recipe-- I substituted soaked, cooked-to-taste, dried beans for canned, reduced the beans by approximately 50%, and added spinach. I used the dressing on the side and added it as needed.
