- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic (peeled and sliced)
- 6 boneless pork chops (depending on size of ovenproof skillet and how many you are feeding. This recipe has plenty of breading mix to do 6; the chops I used for this recipe were about 1 inch thick.)

Amazing flavor. I didn’t have time to pan sear first, and turned out well using just the oven.
