- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley (chopped, or dried parsley)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp. butter (plus more for buttering the baking dish)
