This salad is so fresh a good. I served it with a Morrocan stew for Mother's Day and everyone LOVED it! before serving my brither suggested I add some cotija cheese....even better

Turned out better than I thought. Made salad with beef eater tomatoes... suggest using a different tomatoes for less juice at the bottom of the bowl.
