    Yum! I had a surplus of cucumbers and tomatoes from the garden...I made this salad and it was AMAZING! So good!!! I used more cucumber (2 medium), less tomato (1 small), and onion (1 small), olive oil (2-3 tbsp) than the recipe called for...and it was so delicious! Very refreshing summer salad and a great use of the extra production from the garden! I highly recommend this recipe! PERFECTION!
