This definitely is a repeat recipe for my husband and me. I adapted it, though. I put a little olive oil in a pan and toasted it with three cloves of garlic and then put in two cups of vegetable stock. I cooked it until it soaked up the veggie stock and then added the remaining ingredients. Not sure what the red wine vinegar in the ingredients list is for.
