It was delicious! I forgot to toast the couscous but that didn’t matter too much. I added some parsley when the mushrooms where finishing sautéing and right before eating I squeezed a bit of lemon 🍋 to life it up a bit! It turned out great.

Turned out very yummy, with the couscous nice. Very good for a first attempt on my behalf at Israeli couscous!

Doubled all the ingredients but I could have done with less couscous. Was a hit!
