I aded 1 rib of celeri diced fine and half a yellow and green bell peppers diced fine for color and taste, 2 green onions instead of the shallot and only 1 cup of cherry tomatoes and 1 more Tbsp of italian parsley but didin't ad more mint also 1 more Tbsp of lemon juice......delicious.....always a matter of taste
