- 1/2 cup club soda
- 1/2 cup beer (make it a good one)
- 1/2 tsp. lime zest
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. key lime juice (or fresh lime juice from a Persian lime)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. hot sauce (favorite, optional I used Crystal)

Awesome flavors but I didn’t use a food processor at all, made extra sure to tenderize the conch though.
