Love this!! I BBQ,d it, searing it first on all sides then cooking off the flame. Only Chang I made was to add a little orange juice to the glaze. Use a meat thermometer to not overcook...

I added half pineapple juice, half sriracha sauce, to make it a little less spicy for the people in my group who don’t like spicy food, I marinated the meat in the seasonings over night, my general consensus, I over cooked it a bit, but the flavor was really good! I really enjoyed it and I’m looking forward to trying again!
