Really good! I added chunks of yellow and red bell pepper (used about one and a half peppers total), about 2/3 of an onion, chopped, and a little garlic. I reduced the amount of ketchup by half a cup and there was still plenty of sauce! Also I thickened the sauce with corn starch (about 1 Tbsp of corn starch dissolved into 1/4 cup cold water, then stirred in and brought back to a boil). Was perfect served over white rice.
