It turned out fantastic. The whole family loved it. I had a large chicken, I doubled all the dry ingredients, and used McCormick Montreal steak seasoning, instead of thyme, we don't like it. I made gravy with the leftover drippings, had roasted potatoes, and chicken flavored rice. Everything tasted delicious.
