Super delicious! My husband added a teaspoon or so of cardamom to the recipe and I think it tasted wonderful with it. It’s got a good crunch to it and a bit of a crumble. I would definitely make again. Perfect with tea and as a light snack. We didn’t have a springform pan so I used a cake pan and lined it with tin foil so I could easy pull it out of the mold. From there I just wrapped the tin foil around it for easy storage.

My kids loved it! Made it for a class project and they asked for me to make them again! They liked the flaky texture and the hint of not too salty and not too sweet.
