We went to Ireland this past summer, and I could not get enough of the seafood soup! Today was a cold, drizzly day, so it was a perfect day to try out this fish chowder! I substituted shrimp and salmon for the fish listed in the recipe. Really good and brought back wonderful memories of our trip!
