- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter (very cold, cut into small cubes)
- 1 cup lowfat buttermilk
- 2/3 cup dried currants (if very dry, soak in hot water for 5-7 minutes, drain and dry. If moist, skip this step)
