This Irish soda bread was very easy to make. It came out really good, very rustic, good flavor. I did cut the recipe in half for just me and my husband and it was plenty! I had the leftovers tonight. I just popped in the microwave for 20 seconds or so, slathered it with butter and it was still yummy. I’ll definitely make it again!
