I absolutely LOVE this recipe. I make two batches, one with ground lamb, the other with ground sirloin in individual Fiestaware casserole dishes and it's always a huge hit. I put foil over the extras and heat them up for a week for lunch and dinner. I get every pan in my kitchen dirty in the process, but it's SOOO worth it.
