  • 1 can sweetcorn (good quality whole kernel, including the liquid – I like to use Green Giant because it is so sweet, and has a lovely crunchy texture.)
  • 250 grams frozen mixed seafood
  • 100 grams cooked prawns (frozen)
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 100 grams butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 125 grams single cream (fresh, – pouring cream not whipping cream)
  • 2 teaspoons cornflour (– mixed to a paste with 2 Tablespoons water)
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

  • 100 grams prawns (frozen whole, pre-cooked not raw, approx 1 cup)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 125 milliliters single cream (fresh cream, or pouring cream, ½ cup)
