DELICIOUS! I like my chowders nice and creamy, and this did not disappoint, without having to use heavy cream. A few modifications so mine is not exact to the recipe shown, but the only main differences were: Worcestershire sauce instead of fish sauce; vegetable broth with Old Bay seasoning and dulse flakes instead of fish broth; chowder mix with mostly white fish and mussels w/ shrimp (no crab meat); and no tarragon. Enjoyed with buttered honey beer bread and it was so satisfying.

Oh my goodness! My entire family went crazy over this! It was if we were back in Ireland! This was absolutely the best!! I used salmon, smoked salmon (a must in my book) cod, shrimp and chopped clams. The fresh parsley was a nice touch. I added a wedge of lemon as it was served. Ate it with Irish brown bread. Incredible!!
