So good - I had to add extra liquid to account for all the beef, vegetables & potatoes but I’m not much on measuring so it worked out. It turned out very savory! Bonus points for how good it made the house smell

really good! i made it in my electric pressure cooker. only change was i used gluten free flour and a Yuengling instead of a stout.

I would leave out the sugar and bay leaf. I am allergic to bay leaf and like savory tastes. I like to keep carbs as low as possible.
