Had great expectations about this cake. Flavor was good but too dry. I baked it at 350 F for 55 minutes instead of 375F as the recipe indicated. It had a delicious crispy coat but was extremely dry. I had to add simple syrup to add moisture. I would add an extra egg, heavy cream instead of milk or perhaps sour cream.
