I wasn't impressed with this dish. probably a good thing I didn't put rub on all the legs (have autistic son who doesn't like "stuff" on his food) but even my spice loving girl said she preferred plain on this one.

Found it to be too spicy for my kid, but would make again. Made enough rub for 2 servings. I would dial back on the cayenne and the salt next time. Great that there’s no sugar.

I reduced the amount of black pepper to 2 t and the cayenne pepper to 1/2 t and put the rub on before placing the legs into the Instapot. I added a glaze of my own homemade bbq sauce after removing the skin, which was super easy, before putting them under the broiler for 6 minutes. These were fabulous and fall-off the bone tender! Side note: my family thought I could have increased the cayenne to 1 t

First time using my Instapot. So it sat on warm...they were a little more done than needed to do the dry rub...all my fault. But after the dry rub and broiling they were fall off the bone delicious!!! Love this recipe!
